We are a family run business. 

Dean - CEO and founder of Weldworx LTD 

Dean has worked in engineering for 20+ years. 

He has been lucky enough to have been trained, certified and coded in the following processes:

• MIG/ MAG welding 
• TIG welding 
• MMA/ ARC welding 
• CNC milling 
• CNC turning 
• Precision grinding 
• Mechanical fitting 

Dean has been building motorbikes and cars from the age of 16, modifying and tuning cars runs in the family.

BEN - Head of the automotive division 

With over 22 years in the industry, Ben started off his apprenticeship as a mechanic at Keith motors in Christchurch and worked his way through the ranks to one of the lead mechanics specialising in everything mechanical and electrical, he later went on to serve time working for Land Rover - Range Rover etc. 

Ben has always built cars from the moment he was old enough, from XR2 MK2 with a custom hand made loom and a XR3I engine and gearbox conversion, MK4 supra, Subaru Impreza's etc to his latest project a full restoration build of a 1992 Mazda RX7 FD. 

Both brothers share a love of engineering and everything automotive, we pride ourselves on being able to cater to all needs and enjoy working together the highest standards and making the impossible possible.
